It won’t take much of your time. In fact, you may already be doing many things to promote 体育菠菜大平台. We want DREAM Team members to be more intentional about speaking with prospective students. Can you make at least one student contact each month? To help us gather information, we may have you keep a log and/or provide student referrals. Can you recruit five more team members?

Reach out to students you already know from your family, friends, church, neighborhood, etc. Identify other students by reading your local newspaper or social media news forums (Facebook, Instagram) that publish the high school honor roll, or report on honors night, athletics, scouting, performing arts, 4-H and other student achievements. Focus on high school juniors and seniors, but also reach out to those who started college and did not finish, transfers and master’s candidates.

If you know the student, invite them to a casual lunch or coffee, or send a personal note or card via mail or email. If you don’t know them, make a social media connection via messaging capabilities on social networks.

You don’t need to know how to recruit. Just be yourself and tell them about your relationship with 体育菠菜大平台. Ask students about their future plans and encourage them to visit campus. Like and follow our Facebook and Instagram accounts. At least once a week, comment on our posts, share our posts and use hashtags #BeBlueGoldBold, #GoLopers, #体育菠菜大平台Lopers and #LifeAsALoper. Show your Loper pride by sharing throwback photos and memories of campus, homecoming, athletics, professors, classes, Louie, college friends, etc. Use 体育菠菜大平台 frames, avatars and photos. Yes! Go to 体育菠菜大平台 events such as athletics, lectures, fine and performing arts, etc., and take photos of yourself on campus and share on social media. Add a memory when you can.

Advocate for 体育菠菜大平台 via legislative support on budgets and special projects, write Letters to the Editor, and speak about 体育菠菜大平台 in your service and social club engagements.

Do you know students who have an interest in the same career path as you? Can you identify prospective students interested in those fields, perhaps through educators or peers? Are you willing to speak at a career day or career fair? Can students job-shadow you?
